What Is Move4Her?

Move4Her is the Foundation for Women’s Cancer’s national movement campaign dedicated to funding research, education, and awareness for gynecologic cancers, including ovarian, uterine, cervical, vulvar, and vaginal cancers.

You don’t have to be an athlete.
You just have to move.

Whether you walk around your neighborhood, organize a community yoga class, fundraise through a personal challenge, or join us in Washington, D.C. for our signature Race — you are part of something bigger.

Why We Move

Gynecologic cancers impact hundreds of thousands of women each year.

  • Uterine cancer rates continue to rise in the U.S., with Black women experiencing the highest mortality rates.
  • Ovarian cancer remains one of the deadliest gynecologic cancers due to late detection.
  • Cervical cancer is largely preventable through HPV vaccination and screening, yet access gaps persist.

Early detection saves lives.
